Bars

Bean-to-Bar Experience

The process of making a chocolate bar from the untouched bean to the formed bar is quite different than creating a bon bon. Ordering and eating them differs too. You can head straight to our store and choose from the current “vintages” available. No need to call Trish. And on each bar you will find tasting notes about the chocolate and information about the farmer, since each farm has a story and each region offers very different flavor profiles.

How to savor your chocolate bar
1.  Break off a small piece of chocolate and rub your thumb on it to release the perfumes within and smell it.
2.  Place the small piece on your tongue and press it to the roof of your mouth allowing the chocolate to melt over your palate. Delve deeper into your chocolate experience with a finishing bite. Take a sip of air into your mouth and taste the lingering sensation.
