When you buy chocolates what do you look at first? The design and color or the flavor of the ganache? Do you ever delight in the color but feel disappointed because you know you won’t like the flavor of the ganache?

At Ór Dubh we want to change the way you look at chocolate.
No preconceived opinions.

Each Ór Dubh bonbon is individually decorated. They might be blue, red, green or a mixture of many colors appealing to the eye. When you order a box of bonbons, you first speak to Trish, letting her know of your allergies. She then designs a box of chocolates especially for you and whatever occasion you wish to celebrate.

In your box there will be a menu of the ingredients in the bonbons but no indication of which flavors are in which piece of chocolate. The joy of eating chocolate is in the surprise and pleasure of tasting each and every ingredient. Or the surprise of combining two ingredients, changing the taste of both.

Share a bonbon with a friend, slowly savoring the flavor, and decide which flavors you both detect. There is no correct answer. Our taste buds are different, just like our DNA. At Ór Dubh, our hope is that you enjoy every bite of our chocolate.
